Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a 2013 Road Bond Budget Allocation per Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager, to move $15,000,000 from 2013 Road Bond Non-Departmental (P290) to CR 258 Extension (P277) of $1,500,000, Ronald Reagan Blvd SH 29 to FM 3405 (P336) of $1,000,000, Ronald Reagan/Parmer Ln Express Lane Study (P335) of $1,000,000, Corridor C/SH 29 Bypass (P459) of $8,500,000 and RM 2243 Re-Alignment (P326) of $4,000,000. Also, to move $1,500,000 from SH 29 Bypass/Inner Loop (P243) to Corridor C/SH 29 Bypass (P459).
