Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed proposals for Comprehensive Quality Assurance Program under RFP #1903-302.
Background
Williamson County Emergency Communications is currently seeking proposals for our Comprehensive Quality Assurance Program. This program is a continuation of our existing comprehensive quality assurance program, is currently funded in our budget and is consistent with the Mission Critical report received in 2018. Our goal is to continue to provide excellent service to our citizens as well as responders through our consistent review of our performance.
