Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to approve the revised Fleet Management Policy Manual.
Background
The County Fleet Committee met on several occasions to discuss necessary changes to the old Fleet Policy. The definitions, processes, and wording has been updated to reflect the current procedures and course of business. The Committee voted unanimously to present this document to Commissioners Court for final approval and adoption. The Fleet Committee will review this document on an annual basis going forward.
