To discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4.
Background
We are seeking to save time and money by moving to a mail meter by Pitney Bowes. With this transfer, we would be moving funds from Postage to Postage Meter/Rental Supplies. The remaining funds in Postage would translate to roughly $1000 a month in postage, which we do not anticipate spending in full by October.
