Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the change order to the Service Contract between Motorola and Williamson County originally approved in court on October 16, 2018 pursuant to HGAC contract #RA05-18 and authorize the purchase.
Background
This is the upgrade and remodel of the training center. During one of the engineering meetings, they were informed that a structural analysis should be completed on the tower at the ESOC to ensure that it can accommodate the additional antennas and feedlines that will be mounted on the tower. The cost of the structural analysis is $2,663 which will increase the total price on the contract that was signed on 10/16/2018 from $544,532 to $547,195. Terry Purvis is the point of contact for this transaction. This expenditure will be charged to P509. Funding was approved in the FY2019 budget
