Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Rancho Sienna Section 18A subdivision – Precinct 3.

Background

This is the next section of the Rancho Sienna development.  It consists of 57 single family lots, 2 open space lots, 1 open space/right-of-way reserve lot and 1,887 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction have been completed.
 
Timeline
2018-02-16 – initial submittal of final plat
2018-04-17 – 1st review complete with comments
2018-04-26 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2018-06-26 – 2nd review complete with comments cleared (awaiting completion of construction before being placed on the Court agenda)
2019-03-11 – receipt of final plat with all signatures and roadway and drainage construction have been completed
2019-03-21 – final plat placed on March 26, 2019 Court agenda for consideration
