Background
This is the next section of the Paloma Lake development. It consists of 39 single family lots, 2 open space & landscape lots, 1 PUE & public access lot and 1,323 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction have been completed.
Timeline
2018-04-09 – initial submittal of final plat (was not accepted because it did not match the approved preliminary plat)
2018-06-14 – 2nd submittal of final plat (matching the approved preliminary plat)
2018-06-28 – 2nd review complete with comments
2018-08-07 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2018-10-05 – 3rd review complete with comments clear (awaiting completion of construction before being placed on the Court agenda)
2019-03-14 – receipt of final plat with all signatures and roadway and drainage construction have been completed
2019-03-21 – final plat placed on March 26, 2019 Court agenda for consideration
