Background
This lease will support the operations of the Williamson County Justice of the Peace Precinct 4 Office. The new lease is for a term of 60 months at a rate of $423.48 per month, billed quarterly at $1,270.44. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0454.004216. LIT was approved on 3/26 agenda.
