Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding Texas Workforce Commission Data Exchange Request and Safeguard Plan Agreement and authorize County Judge to sign all related documentation.
Background
The purpose of this annual contract is to provide the Pct 4 Constable's Office with access to confidential TWC Agency data. Pct 4 Constable is authorized to use TWC information solely for the following purpose: to assist in criminal investigations; to assist in locating defendants, witnesses and fugitives in criminal cases; and to assist in locating persons with outstanding warrants. We are seeking to establish a new contract. The annual fee for each year is $1500. This contract would remain into effect for 3 years from date of account activation.
