Background
This Change Order provides for the final balancing for the overrun/underrun of Contract quantities on the project as a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plans. New bid items were added to compensate the Contractor for installation and removal of silt fence in the ditch lines to prevent erosion until vegetation is established and for the rental of a crash cushion placed at the end of the guard rail during construction.
