Background
The Hairy Man Road Project requires TCEQ approval of a Water Pollution and Abatement Plan (WPAP) prior to construction. A TCEQ Agent Authorization Form is required to authorize an employee of K. Friese & Associates to submit the needed WPAP for TCEQ review and approval on behalf of the County.
