Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Interlocal Agreement between Williamson County and the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) relating to the use of the DIR Shared Services Master Service Agreements and authorizing the execution of the ILA.
Background
This ILA is in addition to our existing ILA with DIR to allow us access to their Shared Services Master Service Agreements. These agreements will allow us to utilize IT services and software that have been competitively procured by DIR. Department point of contact is Minnie Beteille.
