Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Resolution for a TXDOT Advance Funding Agreement for Bridge Replacements.
Background
The Advance Funding Agreement would include a Waiver of Local Matching Fund Participation Requirements due to the proposed construction of a Williamson County bridge over Brushy Creek at Great Oaks Drive. The Williamson County bridges that would be included in the waiver are: CR 258 at North San Gabriel River, CR 126 at Branch of Mileham Branch, Brushy Bend Dr at Brushy Creek, CR 452 at Branch of Mustang Creek, CR 143 at Dry Berry Creek, CR 118 at Cottonwood Creek and Brushy Creek Regional Trail at South Brushy Creek.
