Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Interlocal Agreement between Williamson County and the City of Jarrell for reconstruction of Quarry Rim Drive.
Background
The County will reconstruct Limestone Terrace and Quarry Rim Drive, including a segment of Quarry Rim Drive that is within the existing City of Jarrell right-of-way. The City of Jarrell will reimburse the County for all costs incurred by this reconstruction within the City's right-of-way in an amount not to exceed $800,000. The City of Jarrell approved the Interlocal Agreement at the May 28, 2019 City Council meeting.
