Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of records preservation in the amount of $139,596.48 from Kofile Technologies, Inc. pursuant to TXMAS Contract #18-3602.

Approval of this purchase will support the operations of the Williamson County District Clerk's office by preserving miscellaneous case files.  Proposal lists the rate of conservation treatments at $150.00 per hour and the cost of pre-preservation stabilization, archival imaging and rehousing in acid free folders and boxes at $1.67 per page.  Pricing is based on a Good Faith Estimate of page counts.  Billing will occur on actuals based upon the unit pricing. Expenditures will be charged to 01.0388.0388.004550.  Funding for this project was approved in the FY 2019 budget. Department contact is District Clerk Lisa David.
