Background
The supplemental agreement is necessary to reimburse Atmos Energy an additional $157,889.35 for an increase in material costs between the time of the initial cost estimate and the procurement of materials for construction. The actual cost of the relocation is increased by $157,889.35 to a new total of $763,547.37, with 100% being reimbursed by the County for a total reimbursement amount of $763,547.37.
