Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 3 to the CR 176 at RM 2243 contract between Williamson County and WSB & Associates, Inc. relating to the 2013 Road Bond Program. Project: P241. Funding Source: Road Bonds.
Background
Compensation Cap is increased from $642,000.00 to $720,000, an increase of $78,000.00. These additional funds are for construction phase services and additional surveying, drainage, and design services to incorporate water quality/detention ponds and future development on the north end of the project.
