Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on quotes Q-0001628, Q-00011492, Q-00015208, as well as the County Addendum with Superion, LLC for software and professional services for the Technology Services Department and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
These three quotes as well as the accompanying County Addendum are for software, training, and professional services from Superion, which is part of Central Square. This is an approved sole-source vendor, and the only company allowed to sell the software and services for the County's existing public safety software suite. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0503.004100. Funding was approved in the FY2019 budget.
