Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Interlocal Agreement between Williamson County and the City of Taylor for seal coating Cotton Rows Ln and portions of both CR 368 and CR 369 inside the Taylor city limits.
Background
The County is in the process of seal coating county roads throughout the county and will seal coat Cotton Rows Ln and portions of both CR 368 and CR 369 inside the Taylor city limits. The City will reimburse the County for the actual contracting costs that the County incurs for the seal coating of roadways inside the Taylor city limits in an amount not to exceed $80,000. The City of Taylor approved the Interlocal Agreement at the June 13, 2019 City Council meeting.
