Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the GuideSpark Amendment No. 1 to the Master Services Agreement,  June 2019 Order Form for the July Start Date and any related documents, and authorizing execution of the agreement.

GuideSpark is our vendor that provides the professional services for our online benefit educational videos that we utilize to communicate our Benefit Plan Information for our employees.  GuideSpark has implemented a new enhanced cloud portal which has improved technology from the current platform that we are utilizing at this time.  Additionally, we are selecting a new product offering through GuideSpark, the Communicate Cloud Multimedia Product, which has enhanced services to improve our Benefits Communication tools for our employees.   The attached Amendment Agreement is for our current Vendor Guide Spark that hosts our current Benefit Videos on our Benefit Portal.
 
Our current annual subscription cost is $15,225.00 for a basic video subscription.  The selection of the upgrade to the new Communicate Cloud Multimedia product and services includes a multi-channel approach utilizing: email, video, embed, print, and mail communications through an interactive member web experience, with data analytics (engagement and feedback) from members to measure their understanding of the benefit offerings.  To implement this upgrade, we will have a slight increase of less than $10,000, the new total annual subscription cost of $25,000.00 minus the $15,225.00 that we have already paid for our current subscription.  We do have money in our benefits budget for both 2019 and 2020 to account for this increase in cost of $7,193.62.
