Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on establishing an ILA with Liberty Hill ISD for Emergency Communications and Technology Services.
Background
Emergency Services and ITS discussed with the Court on 8/27/2019 of establishing ILAs for Emergency Communications and Technology Services for Non-Williamson County entities. The Court was supportive of that concept. Liberty Hill ISD is establishing a law enforcement agency and has been in discussions of seeking services from Williamson County for Emergency Communications and Technology Services to support this newly formed department. The attached ILA describes the services to be provided.
