Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Contract for Engineering Services between Williamson County and Alliance Engineering Group, Inc. to provide Construction Materials Testing, Observation and Inspection for the Expo Pavilion and Expo Concessions & Restroom Projects and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Purchasing issued an informal request for qualifications for materials testing related to the Expo Center expansion projects. Six firms viewed the request of which 3 firms submitted a statement of qualifications. The submittals were evaluated and it was determined that Alliance Engineering was the most qualified to complete the scope of work. The contract amount is $47,137.00. Department point of contact is Dwayne Gossett. Funding source is P474 & P475.
