Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Terra Del Sol at Santa Rita Ranch West Phase 1 Section 2 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the next section of the Terra Del Sol at Santa Rita Ranch West development.  It consists of 24 single family lots, 4 landscape lots, 1 landscape & open space lot and 1,681 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $1,001,525.85 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
 
Timeline
2018-12-05 – Initial submittal of final plat
2019-01-18 – 1^st review complete with comments
2019-02-11 – 2^nd submittal of final plat
2019-03-20 – 2^nd review complete with comments clear except for completing construction or posting a bond for the remaining construction
2019-08-30 – receipt of final plat with all signatures and a bond for the remaining construction
2019-09-12 – final plat placed on September 17, 2019 Court agenda for consideration
