Background
Williamson County received 4 proposals for web-based Patient Chart Reporting and the RFP was viewed by 59 suppliers. The agreement is an initial 1 (one) year with 4 (four) additional 12 (twelve) month renewals. The evaluation team determined through trials and negotiations that emsCharts, INC be recommended for award. The initial annual cost is $43,152.00 plus one-time fees of $1,712 totaling $44,864.00. Mike Knipstein is the point of Contact and Funding Source- 0100-0540-004210 and is approved for FY2020 budget.
