Background
Transferring funds to cover shortfall in Personal Liability Insurance due to unexpected increase in Dr. Adam Barta's and Dr. Ghulam Khan's policies. Both doctors will not be allowed to perform their required duties in the Williamson County Jail until their policies are paid.
