Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Fire King LLC. to provide Life Safety site walks, in the amount of $6,300.00 and authorizing execution of the agreement.

This agreement is for the Life Safety walks for Williamson County Facilities at 24 locations. The vendor will provide device counts for all systems at each location. Facilities was not able to obtain 3 quotes for this service due to the nature of the service and the limited number of suppliers in the area that can provide it. In anticipation of a future reissuance of the RFP for Fire Safety Inspection Services, vendors that may have an interest in that RFP were not contacted for a quote to avoid providing a competitive advantage. It was also determined that this is not a service that can be performed at this time by the Fire Marshal's Office. Department point of contact is Shantil Moore.
