Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the extension of Medical Billing Services contract #13RFP00101, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the term of November 17, 2019 - November 16, 2020, with DM Medical Billings, LLC.
Background
This is the fifth and final extension of five (5) possible, one (1) year renewal options for this contract. The EMS department submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) for this vendor stating they exceeded all contract requirements and requested renewal. This contract requirement is in the FY20 Budget under Collection Fees and Funding line item 01.0100.0540.004101. The department point of contact is Beth Jones.
