Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving Amendment M539 to the Volume Licensing Agreement between Williamson County and Microsoft for the Microsoft 365 Enterprise Enrollment Mid-Term Selection and authorizing execution of the amendment.
Background
Microsoft has consolidated 3 of our current products into one product. With that they have changed the 3 previous SKUs into 1 new one SKU. When that happens, Microsoft requires us to sign a new document acknowledging the new SKU. There are no changes to our existing agreement this is simply the acknowledgement of the change to our existing products consolidation. Pricing remains the same. Department point of contact is Richard Semple. Funding source 01.0100.0503.004208 Funding was approved in the FY20 budget.
