Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the Cyber Security Awareness Training policy.

This item is to approve the revised policy per the Court's changes. This policy was first submitted to Court on Sept 10, and the Court asked for some revisions and to work with Judge Staudt and HR on the actual training program. That program has been designed and we are working with a few departments on the pilot of the training. We will increasingly roll it out and refine with the goal of launching it by December 1 for all departments. The deadline has been moved to March 1 to complete the annual training and assessment for current employees and 30 days after hiring for new employees. Training will be open annually from at least Oct 1 to March 1 for annual training, with the goal of more year-round training.
