Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the purchase of replacement vehicles in the amount of $1,839,789 from Holiday Chevrolet per Tarrant County Cooperative Contract #2019-014 to support the operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office.

Background

This purchase is for replacement vehicles to include twenty-nine Tahoes for Patrol, one Tahoe for Admin, and six Tahoes for the Jail.  See attached quotes for vehicle specifications; quotes include upfitting and equipment from Defender Supply as specified. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0560.005700 and 01.0100.0570.005700.  Department contact is Chief Tim Ryle.
