Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving an agreement between TransUnion Risk and Alternative Data Solutions, Inc. and Williamson County for a research database subscription in the amount of $280 per month, and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Approval of this agreement will support the operations of the Williamson County Constable Precinct 2's office.  Currently the Constable's office uses a different subscription service.  Transitioning to TransUnion will provide real time data that's updated daily to help locate persons, assets, addresses, etc.   The subscription will be on a month-to-month basis which can can be terminated at anytime prior to the beginning of the subsequent month's billing cycle.  Billing will also be month-to-month at a rate of $280 per month totaling to $3,360 per fiscal year.  This is a budgeted expense as the Constable's office currently uses a different provider.  This expenditure will be  charged to 01.0100.0552.004210.  Department contact is Chief Deputy William Beechinor.
