Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the approval of purchase for Williamson County Fiber Optic OSP Maintenance in the amount of $ 21,500, under DIR Contract #DIR-TSO-3698, with BryComm for term December 1, 2019 - November 30, 2020, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement is for maintenance to include inspections, tree trimming, pole transfers, network monitoring and testing, repair and emergency repair, and other maintenance requirements. The department point of contact in IT is Tammy McCulley. The funding source in the FY20 budget is under Fiber Maintenance Contract, 01.0100.0503.004500.
