Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on appointing Sandra Simpson to the Florence ESD #7 board to fill the vacancy of Gary Davis. The term is to commence immediately and continue until December 31, 2021.

Sandra Simpson has been regularly attending ESD 7 meetings for over 10 years. She is fully aware of the challenges of serving an ESD. Her experience as a self-employed business owner will be valuable to the ESD. Sandra studied Business Management and accounting at ACC. She was also instrumental in acquiring a grant for the Florence Public Library and Florence VFD. Her 24 years living in and knowledge of the area will be an asset to the ESD. Sandra's goal is to ensure tax dollars are spent wisely while ensuring the residents of the district have the best possible emergency services to save lives and property.
