1. The reason for the payments in excess of the budgeted amounts is to provide increases to fund Salary Study 2B recommendations.
2. The excess amount is $38,820.31 which will be paid through the normal bi-weekly payroll. The public purpose served by providing the increased salaries is the ability to hire and retain experienced employees.
