This Change Order provides the final balancing for the overrun/underrun of contract quantities as a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plans.  This Change Order corrects the quantity for the channel excavation item, corrects quantities for paving in the original contract, adds driveways to maintain access to properties along the project, and revises vegetation establishment items. This Change Order also adds milling, paving, and restriping for a left turn lane on Chandler Road, as requested by the County. The plan quantities for various paving items and channel excavation under the Cottonwood Creek Bridge were corrected after construction began. The County also agreed to add three (3) driveways to different properties that were divided by the right-of-way acquisition for the project north of Limmer Loop on the west side. Two driveways are located on CR 119, between Limmer Loop and CR 118. The third driveway on CR 119 is north of CR 118. These driveways were requested by the property owners.
