Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on exempting Data Transfer Solutions (DTS), LLC from the competitive bidding requirements established by Section 262.024.(a)(7) of the Texas Local Government Code Discretionary Exemptions, as the sole provider for Vueworks Licensing and executing the agreement, along with implementation purchase utilizing HGAC Contract HP10-17. Total purchase amount is $102,000.00.
Background
This is for the licensing and implementation of Vueworks Asset Management for Maintenance, Road and Bridge, and various other county departments. The total from the implementation and Vueworks Licensing program is $102,000.00, of which $56,300.00 is procured under the HGAC Contract HP10-17. The sole source posting was in BidSync for 14 days with no competitive responses received. Point of contact is Minnie Beteille and Jeff Hancock. Funding Source Approved for FY2020:01-0200-0210-004505 and 01-0100-0503-005741.
