Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 3 to the CR 101 (US 79 to North of Chandler Rd) contract between Williamson County and Brown & Gay Engineers, Inc. (BGE) relating to the 2013 Road Bond Program. Project: P269. Funding Source: Road Bonds.

This contract amendment amends the CR 101 contract compensation cap by $45,000.00 increasing it from $1,700,000.00 to $1,745,000.00. The additional funds will allow for the following scopes of work: TCP discussions and updates to construction sequencing, as well as updates to the beginning of the project to coincide with interchange work which included creating a transitional alignment, creating a transition profile, adjustments to the superelevation regarding transition, updating sheets to incorporate transition/exception, QC for revisions, revised submittal, and additional construction phase services.
