Background
This change order is to provide and install fire extinguishers and cabinet accessories in the Pavilion and add building address numbers (signage) to the east elevation of Pavilion. On August 13, 2019, the Williamson County Commissioners Court granted Dwayne Gossett, Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, with general authority to approve change orders for the Agreement for Construction Services with Prime Construction Company, Inc. in relation to the Williamson County Exposition Center Project for any increase in costs up to a total maximum amount of $30,000.00 in accordance with Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code – Changes in Plans and Specifications. This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
