Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive competitive sealed proposals for Roof Replacements under RFCSP #3471.
Background
Williamson County is seeking proposals from qualified individuals to provide roof replacement services on three buildings (Georgetown Health Department - Main St., Georgetown Health Department - W. 3rd St., and Taylor Health Department). All buildings will be occupied during work. Scope will include removing existing roof material and replace with build-up insulation and TPO roof material as per plans and specifications. Estimated contract amount is $450,000.00. Department point of contact is Dwayne Gossett. Funding Source 01.0100.0509.005300.
