Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of eighty-nine (89) replacement Panasonic Toughbooks from GTS Technology Solutions, Inc. in the amount of $371,819.11, pursuant to DIR Contract #DIR-TSO-4025.
Background
Approval of this purchase will support the operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office. Quotes below are for 10 Toughbooks that include desktop docking stations for CID and 79 Toughbooks without desktop docking stations. These are all replacements. IT has approved this purchase. Funding was approved in the FY20 budget. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0560.005740. Department contact is Chief Tim Ryle.
