Discuss, consider, and take any necessary action for approval of agreements for dishwasher and related items with Auto-Chlor Services, LLC to support facility operations at the Williamson County Juvenile Justice Center, and authorize the County Judge to sign same.
Background
At the recommendation of Facilities, Juvenile Services is requesting approval of this lease agreement to enter into a contract with Auto-Chlor Services to lease a dishwasher for the kitchen at the Juvenile Justice Center. The funds for leasing the dishwasher were requested and approved in the Juvenile Services FY20 budget.
Due to some miscommunication, the dishwasher was installed on 01/29/2020 prior to the agreement being approved and signed.
