Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Wireless Communications.
Background
We are doubling up employees in offices and need to add to existing furniture to accommodate for staff. Funds are available in 4509 of the Wireless budget (0587) for facility enhancements that are no longer needed due to the building remodel that will occur. We would like to transfer this money to 3005 - furniture.
