Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Data Projections and Williamson County for Audio Visual Equipment Upgrades at the Grand Jury Room in the amount of $50,636.94, pursuant to TIPS Contract #171001 and authorizing execution of the agreement. Funding source is P532.

Background

This Agreement includes the installation of new ceiling mounted laser projector and mounting hardware, new electronic ceiling-recessed projection screen, OFE display on side wall, Barco clickshare for non-wireless presentations, 65" clevertouch mounted on mobile cart, document camera, table input locations, laptop input, 4-OFE speakers, amplifier, wireless control panel for control of AV systems and for USB/110V power and charging and new UPS battery backup at the Williamson County Grand Jury Room. Richard Semple is the point of contact for this transaction.
