Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Data Projections and Williamson County for integrating new and existing AV/VTC equipment at the County Court at Law 4 Courtroom in the amount of $29,994.73, pursuant to TIPS Contract #171001 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement is for Data Projections to provide and integrate new and existing AV/VTC equipment into the County Court at Law 4 Courtroom to allow for Video Sessions with Remote detainees as well as the installation of 2 cameras in the courtroom. Richard Semple is the point of contact for this transaction. This expenditure will be charged $25,000.00 out of Grant funded 405P & 405A and $4,994.73 will be coming out of P520 for a grand total of $29,994.73.
