Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to approve both a Resolution to Participate in the Texas Cooperative Liquid Assets Securities System Trust (Texas Class) investment pool administered by Public Trust Advisors, LLC and the Eighth Amended and Restated Texas Class Trust Agreement dated effective as of April 8, 2019; and to authorize, empower, and direct Scott Heselmeyer, Williamson County Treasurer, as the Investment Officer of Williamson County to do and perform all acts and things and to execute, acknowledge, and deliver in the name and on behalf of Williamson County all certificates, instruments, and other papers as may be necessary or desirable, from time to time, in order to carry out the terms and provisions of the Resolution and of the Trust Agreement.
