Background
This Change Order adds work to prevent bats from nesting under the existing Great Oaks Bridge over Brushy Creek, to ensure their safety during construction of the new bridge. The work is being added to this project so that work on the Great Oaks bridge replacement can begin as soon as utilities are clear.
