Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Williamson County Inner Loop Annex Renovations (P-434); Vaughn Construction Change Order #6 in the amount of $9,726.00 for electrical changes pursuant to RFI Numbers 5, 23, 30, 31, 32 and 34.
Background
This change order is to provide changes per RFI Numbers 5, 23, 30, 31, 32 and 34 regarding lighting and electrical changes. There is a time extension expected of 10 days. On January 7th, 2020, the Williamson County Commissioners Court granted Dwayne Gossett, Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, with general authority to approve change orders in relation to Williamson County Inner Loop Annex Project P434) for any increase or decrease in cost of $30,000 or less pursuant to Local Government Code 262.031. This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
