Background
This is the next section of the Highlands at Mayfield Ranch development. It consists of 43 single family lots and 1,709 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete but a financial security in the amount of $96,569.02 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2018-11-12 – initial submittal of final plat
2019-01-09 – 1st review complete with comments
2019-01-21 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2019-02-08 – 2nd review complete with comments
2020-05-26 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2020-05-27 – 3rd review complete with all comments cleared except for completing construction
2020-05-27 – receipt of final plat with all signatures and a financial security for the amount of the remaining construction
2020-05-28 – final plat placed on the June 2, 2020 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
