Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement and addendum between Satellite Tracking of People, LLC and Williamson County for satellite tracking services for Juvenile Services Department.
Background
Approval of this agreement and addendum will support the operations of the Williamson County Juvenile Justice Center. Juvenile Services obtained three quotes for this service. This is a continuation of the current tracking system that they use. The attached agreement and addendum outlines the pricing and terms. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.03005.004108.
