Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving an agreement between Reunion Ranch, LLC and Williamson County for an event space rental.
Background
This lease is for the Tax Office annual staff retreat. Lease is for the event space from 10am-2pm and includes a meal for 40 people for the base rate of $1,995. Additional guests over the 40 will be charged a per person rate of $24.95. Breakfast tacos will also be served for an additional fee of $3.95 per person. The Tax Office will have the ability to reschedule for up to 1 year in the event that their retreat cannot happen due to the COVID-10 pandemic. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0499.004232. Department contact is Larry Gaddes.
